A vibrant expression of silk and pattern, this off-shoulder dress is crafted from a repurposed silk sari in a warm coral hue. The upper body is scattered with delicate floral linework and subtle gold-toned accents, giving way to the sari’s richly detailed original border.
The lower portion becomes the focal point, featuring oversized paisley motifs layered with intricate floral and geometric detailing in coral, gold, cream and touches of blue. A contrasting mustard-gold silk tie at the neckline adds another layer of colour, finished with delicate beaded detailing at the ends.
The softly gathered neckline allows the dress to be worn on or off the shoulder, while voluminous balloon sleeves and a relaxed full-length silhouette let the silk fall naturally around the body.
