Inspired by the expressive colour and celebratory dress of Cape Malay women, the Frill Kimono brings this influence into conversation with the richness of the Banarasi sari - a textile traditionally associated with ceremony and celebration.

Reimagined through layers of colour, pattern and movement, the garment reflects what sits at the heart of Sari for Change: heritage not as something fixed, but something we inherit, reinterpret and make our own.
