A celebration of colour and contrast, this off-shoulder dress is crafted from a repurposed vintage sari, bringing together rich burnt orange with a striking blue-grey floral border. Woven tonal florals give the orange textile subtle depth, while bold red and gold blossoms across the lower section create a beautifully expressive finish.
The adjustable drawstring neckline, finished with a contrasting teal tie, allows the dress to be worn on or off the shoulder. Midi-length balloon sleeves create soft volume through the arm before gathering gently at the cuff, with the original floral textile and gold border echoed at the sleeve ends.
Designed in a free size, the silhouette falls loosely through the body into a long, fluid shape. The placement of the sari's contrasting borders celebrates the character of the original textile while giving the dress a distinctly contemporary expression.
