This off-shoulder dress is crafted from a repurposed vintage silk sari in a rich raspberry red. The original textile combines delicate tonal motifs with ornate floral borders in black, soft pink and ivory, creating beautiful shifts in pattern across the garment.
The adjustable gathered neckline is finished with a contrasting black tie and delicate gold bead detailing, allowing the dress to be styled on or off the shoulder. Softly gathered midi-length balloon sleeves add volume, while the sari’s decorative borders are carefully positioned across the bodice and sleeves to celebrate the original design.
